Ingredients

Adeps bovis (grass fed pastured raised tallow), Squalane, Limnanthes alba (meadowfoam oil), Cera alba (beeswax), Hippophae rhamnoides (sea buckthorn oil), Ubidecarenone (coenzyme Q10) cetyl alcohol, Simmondsia chinensis (jojoba oil), Rosa damascena (rose oil), Abies balsamea|Siberica (wildcrafted fir resin & CO2 extract).

Usage

Add a pea size dollop onto clean, damp skin and massage.

Great Product

I have sensitive skin, cheek has a bit red very often. After using this tallow serum, it clamed down the red, skin smoother. I am happy about that. I only use it at night now during summer because I found it oily for the daytime, will try for winter.

Smooth and Silky

This is an excellent product, as are all the offerings of Boreal Folk. It’s smooth and silky texture goes a long way.

Definitely Reordering!

After using similar a Norwegian product, I was leery about how heavy or oily it might feel on my face. Yes at first but wow! Can’t believe how quick it absorbs and you only need the smallest amount.
The fragrance is the deal breaker, like sleeping in the woods. I love it! What a great Canadian find!

Light, moisturizing and great for my eczema.

I’ve been a long time user of BorealFolk skincare for a few years now. This tallow pressed serum is amazing. I mostly use it as a chapstick which leaves my lips feeling super lush and soft. But I recently started using on the eczema I get on my hands and it’s been so helpful. It immediately helps the itchiness and inflammation subside. It’s super light and absorbs into my skin exceptionally fast. Definitely recommend.

On my second bottle

I love this stuff. I apply it every night before bed and have seen improvement in my skin. I wouldn't use it under make-up - it is definitely an evening routine. I feel like I just cannot get enough moisture since entering perimenopause and the introduction of this one simple product before bed has eliminated the need for a variety of others I was layering on.
