We are offering hand-crafted loose leaf herbal teas made by our friend Kayoki from Mitigomin Agriculture. Kayoki is Algonquin Anishinawbe from Kitigan Zibi Quebec. He has dedicated his life to exploring the wonders of the plant kingdom and building an organic herbal tea farm. He has studied in horticulture, herbology and as a tea sommelier to offer beautifully crafted herbal teas hand-harvested with care from the thriving fields of his farm- Mitigomin Agriculture.

Brewing herbal teas tends to be more a matter of opinion when it comes to amounts and steeping time. -A general rule for brewing Kayo-tea is:-1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herb per cup (250 ml) of boiling water-Steep between 5-15 minutes.
